UNIKABIZ ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Pierre Placide, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit unikabiz.com, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, company (optional), phone (optional), service of interest, and message content.
• Newsletter signups: email address only. At present, newsletter sign-up is a client-side confirmation only — no email is transmitted to or stored by any third-party email service provider. When a live email delivery integration is activated, this policy will be updated to name that provider.
• Digital product purchases: Gumroad is our designated third-party payment processor for digital products. As individual products go live for purchase, transactions will be handled entirely by Gumroad — we do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
• Booking a strategy call: name, email, and any details you provide via our scheduling tool (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector booking calendar).
• Basic analytics: anonymized, aggregated website usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) via Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To send our newsletter ("The AI Advantage") to subscribers who opt in, once a live email delivery integration is active — you will be able to unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• To schedule and confirm strategy calls booked through our GoHighLevel booking calendar.
• To process and fulfill digital product orders via Gumroad, once individual products are live for purchase.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve our content and user experience, via anonymized Plausible analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted third-party services to operate this website. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf:

• Gumroad — our designated payment processor and digital product delivery platform, as products go live for purchase.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM, automated workflows, live chat widget, and strategy call scheduling (chat-widget/loader.js served via widgets.leadconnectorhq.com, active sitewide).
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless website analytics.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.

Note: our newsletter is not currently connected to a third-party email service provider — sign-ups are acknowledged locally in your browser only. This policy will be updated to name the relevant provider as soon as a live email delivery integration goes into effect.
