These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unikabiz.com and any services purchased or booked through it, operated by Pierre Placide, doing business as UNIKABIZ ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

UNIKABIZ provides:

• AI consulting services, including custom Genspark Super Agent development and AI-enhanced business planning.
• Strategy calls booked via Calendly.
• Digital products (guides, templates, resources), sold through Gumroad as individual products go live for purchase.
• Free educational content via our blog and newsletter (newsletter sign-up is currently a client-side confirmation only; no live email service provider is connected yet).

2. Payments & Refunds

Gumroad is our designated third-party payment platform for digital products. Once a product is live for purchase, all payments for that product are processed securely by Gumroad, and UNIKABIZ does not directly collect or store payment card information. Refund requests are subject to Gumroad's standard refund policy and/or the specific refund terms stated on that product's sales page at the time of purchase.

Consulting engagements and custom Super Agent projects are governed by a separate scope-of-work agreement provided before any paid engagement begins.

3. Disclaimer — Results Not Guaranteed

UNIKABIZ provides strategic guidance, automation tooling, and AI agent development based on industry best practices and Pierre Placide's professional experience. However, we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue, ROI, or results from our consulting services, digital products, or deployed AI agents. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your own execution, market conditions, and third-party platform changes (including but not limited to the Genspark platform).

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, proprietary frameworks (including the Business & Marketing Strategy Brand Book Generator and Report & Document Brand Book Generator), and digital products remain the intellectual property of Pierre Placide / UNIKABIZ unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement. Digital products purchased through Gumroad, once live for purchase, are licensed for your personal or internal business use only, not for resale or redistribution, unless otherwise stated.

5. Third-Party Services

This website integrates third-party services (Gumroad, Calendly, Plausible Analytics, Cloudflare) that operate under their own terms of service. UNIKABIZ is not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of these third parties. Our newsletter is not currently connected to a third-party email service provider; this section will be updated to name that provider once a live email delivery integration is active.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNIKABIZ and Pierre Placide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
